I´ve checked on other online courses and one of them talked about writing a letter as task #1 on IELTS writing part. As I didn´t see any example of it on the AE Help material, I would like to know if it falls on the exam or not. I am concerned about it!
Dear Fernanda, Thank you for your question. ***Be very careful, there are two versions of the IELTS exam, Academic and General. The General version of the IELTS has the letter writing for task 1 (the Academic has graphs and charts for Task 1). http://www.aehelp.com is for academic IELTS, http://www.gieltshelp.com is for general IELTS. If you need to take the general, please use the latter. Good luck.
