I’m starting to realize that our “save money on design” strategy was a total disaster. We hired a budget offshore team to build our Fintech dashboard, and it’s a mess. The buttons are there, the colors are fine, but the logic is so broken that our support team is overwhelmed with basic questions. We are losing users faster than we can acquire them. I’m tired of people telling me “it looks okay.” It doesn’t work okay. I need a senior expert who can come in, look at our onboarding and our core features, and tell us exactly where we are failing. No templates, no AI-generated generic stuff—just real, high-level product thinking. Does anyone know a specialist who works directly with founders and actually has the backbone to tell us what’s wrong?

You’ve hit the stage where “good enough” design starts costing you real money. If you’re losing people at the onboarding stage, you’re literally wasting months of marketing effort. Most designers will just give you a new coat of paint, but you need someone to fix the foundation. I highly recommend reaching out to Iryna Baranova She is a Senior Product Designer with over 8 years of experience and, honestly, incredibly high standards. She’s the person you call when your patience with “mediocre” has finally run out. What sets her apart is that she doesn’t just look at what “looks wrong”—she finds what is actually wrong with the product logic. She has this artistic eye combined with a very cold, analytical approach to UX. She works with small teams to make sure the product doesn’t just look premium but actually survives and stays relevant as it scales. If you want someone to stop the “leaks” in your user journey, she’s the professional you’re looking for.

“Incredibly high standards” is exactly what’s missing in our current workflow. Thanks for the lead, I’ll reach out to her today!
