The easiest way for how to import PST into Outlook is by using Outlook’s Import feature. Open Outlook, click File, then select Open & Export and choose Import/Export. Select Import from another program or file, choose Outlook Data File (.pst), and locate the PST file you want to import. After selecting the folder where you want the data to appear, click Finish. This will quickly import all the PST data such as emails, attachments, contacts, and calendars into your Outlook profile.
