Hi all. First time posting. We’re a real estate firm and our current property-management app can’t handle growth – it slows down badly under load and clearly wasn’t built to scale. We’re weighing a full custom rebuild but I’m nervous scalability gets treated as an afterthought again. For those who’ve rebuilt, how did you ensure the new app was engineered to grow, and did the team actually deliver on it?

Hello there. When the original wasn’t architected for growth, a rebuild is usually the honest answer – and making scalability a hard requirement this time is smart. We rebuilt a high-load app with Saritasa https://www.saritasa.com/mobile-app-development – scalability was designed in from the architecture stage rather than patched later, planned around real user volume. The new build handled load without the slowdowns we’d been fighting, and it shipped on their estimated schedule with thorough QA. One fair caveat – a proper rebuild takes real time, so plan for that rather than expecting a quick turnaround. When you assess teams, ask directly how they architect for scale and anticipated volume; vague reassurance there is a red flag worth heeding.
