How did you identify the sources of interference previously? As for the oscilloscope, I use a Keysight InfiniiVision 3000T X-Series DSOX3034T at work, I found it on the Testwall.com website under Used Oscilloscopes . It may still be available, you can check it out. This model can capture high-frequency signals and interference across a wide spectrum. It also has four input channels, which allow you to simultaneously analyze several points of the system, compare signals, and determine the correlation between interference. In short, if you want to accurately locate the source of noise, study the pulse shape, and effectively eliminate the causes of failures, you need this oscilloscope. Have you considered any other options?
