unable to access AEhelp IELTS academic study materials

I subscribed for IELTS academic program 10days ago, but from past two hours i’m not able to access the materials using myaccount.
i’m not getting any error, but repeatedly its displaying student account required even after giving my login credentials. please resolve the issue as soon as possible

Same here..I cant access any of the study materials…My IELT’s exam is fast approching and I need to do an intensive review very badly..
