Alright, so this might sound a bit all over the place, but bear with me. Lately I’ve been wondering how much of “winning” in life (or even in games) actually comes down to skill versus just dumb luck. Like, you can study, practice, grind for hours, and still lose to someone who just showed up five minutes ago and somehow nailed it. It’s kinda frustrating, not gonna lie. Do you guys think there’s a real balance, or is it mostly random chaos and we just pretend we’re in control? Curious how others see it.

Hey there, interesting question honestly, and yeah, I’ve had the same thoughts more times than I’d like to admit. From my experience, it’s never purely one or the other. Skill definitely stacks the odds in your favor, but luck is that weird wildcard you can’t ignore. Sometimes you do everything right and still lose, which sucks, but over time consistency usually wins out. I’ve seen some good breakdowns and discussions about this kind of balance over at https://www.casinojuggler.com/ and it made me rethink how randomness actually plays into outcomes. So yeah, frustrating, but not entirely pointless to improve.
