Hello, how are you? How many here study and work? Because I am one and honestly the stress is killing me slowly and painfully so I wanted to ask you, is there any way to eliminate the academic stress that I feel? Or can someone here help me with my homework? Either option is honestly most useful to me.

Hello! I totally understand where you’re coming from — balancing studying and working can definitely be overwhelming. The stress can feel like it’s creeping up slowly and then suddenly it’s everywhere. One way to tackle academic stress is by breaking things down into smaller, manageable tasks. Prioritizing can help you focus on one thing at a time, instead of being buried under everything at once.

Hi, I’m doing fine, thank you. I study and work too, and sometimes academic stress can really put a strain on you. I can suggest a few ways that help me: try to make time to relax, play sports or just go for a walk in the fresh air. It helps to switch off and take your mind off your academic worries a bit.

Using headphones during a listening practice test is recommended. It ensures clear audio quality, helps focus on the recording, and simulates the actual test environment.
