A client recently requested complete copies of all communication records related to a multi-year project. Since the information was stored in Google Workspace, we needed to generate PDF versions of emails and documents that could be reviewed offline.
We started with the native Google options, which worked technically but required too many manual steps. Every email needed to be opened, printed, and saved individually. Managing hundreds of conversations this way was frustrating and prone to human error.
