Is it possible to use oil or other products for brittle and dry hair to make it better? I would be grateful for your advice.

I use special shampoos and creams, they helped me a little. I heard that olive oil is very useful, but I don’t know if it’s true. Maybe someone has used it and can tell me the effects and what exactly it’s useful for.
