IELTS ACADEMIC WRITING TEST

I have a small confusion on academic ielts writing. My question is, should I use pencil or pen? Please advise me as I am sitting my exam on 25 May 2014.

Pencil and rubber .

Thanks. I checked British Council website and found out that Pen and Pencil both can be used while writing Task 1 and Task 2.

This is very true, just make sure that your writing is not messy. If it becomes difficult to read your writing, from lots of erasing or scribbling, you can lose marks. If you use a pen and need to make a correction, just use a simple strike through and re-write the word. Good question.
