    Good Evening. I bought your product on Sunday but I haven’t got my password to open the books nor a response from your company.
     
    Please I really want to start to use the material.

    Anar is correct, the password is your email address.

    I did not received the pass word in Email how much time does it takes. Also the sound in Test One part A stopped after attempting section 1. Please help
