So I’ve been on Ozempic for a while now, and the weight loss is definitely noticeable, but lately I’ve started seeing changes in my face that I didn’t expect. My cheeks look a bit more hollow, and a friend even said I look “sharper,” which I guess isn’t bad, but still made me think. I found this article that explains why this happens and how to avoid that “Ozempic face” look: https://evernu.co.uk/blog/how-to-avoid-ozempic-face-look. From what I understand, it’s more about how fast you lose weight rather than the medication itself. Has anyone else noticed these changes and found ways to keep their face looking more balanced?

Yeah, I went through something similar after a few months. For me, the biggest thing was how quickly the weight was coming off. When I slowed things down a bit and focused more on steady progress instead of rapid loss, my face didn’t look as “tired.” I also made sure I was eating enough protein and drinking more water, which seemed to help my skin look better overall. From what I’ve read, losing fat too fast can reduce facial volume and make skin look looser , so going slower actually made a noticeable difference for me.

Scrolling through this thread, it’s interesting how much attention people pay to facial changes during weight loss. Even without using Ozempic, I’ve seen similar things happen when people lose weight quickly. It really shows how connected everything is — not just weight, but skin, hydration, and overall habits. Small adjustments seem to go a long way.
