Recently I’ve been noticing that as our farm has grown, keeping track of data from different fields, equipment, livestock and supply deliveries has become a real headache. We try to use several tools for crop monitoring, inventory and planning but none of them really talk to each other in a way that makes everyday decisions easier. It feels like we are drowning in fragmented spreadsheets and alerts which don’t give us the whole picture of what is happening in the operation. I’m wondering if others have found practical strategies to unify these data flows without overwhelming the team with yet another standalone app.
