Can't open neither of the two books

I don’t know what is wrong. But I am really disappointed by the way it turned out. I was expecting to study IELTS through this website. But it turned out that it’s not worked out thoroughly. Even after I enter the password to open the books, it just doesn’t work. I wish I hadn’t purchased the program. Does anybody know what should I do?

As we stated in our email, we contacted you with a solution to your problem within six hours. We did not hear back from you.

As stated in your welcome email, and in your ‘my student account’ directly above the download links, the password for the PDF files is your email address. Simply copy and paste it.
