Can Spain seize my house for OFAC sanctions

I have a villa in Marbella that I bought years ago, but recently my name was added to a sanctions list because of a former business partner. I am a resident of Dubai now, but I am terrified that the Spanish authorities will freeze my property or even seize it. Does anyone know if EU countries automatically follow US sanctions? What can I do to protect my real estate assets in Europe if I am currently stuck in the Middle East?
