In the heat of summer, the air conditioner suddenly started blowing warm air. The fan is working, but there is almost no cooling. Does this mean a serious breakdown, and should I replace the entire system right away?

I had an almost identical situation, and I also thought I would have to replace the air conditioner. But after contacting https://acustomerfirstac.com/, it turned out that the problem was with the maintenance, not the system itself. The technician checked the refrigerant level, cleaned the components, and fixed a minor malfunction. After that, the air conditioner started cooling normally again. I liked that they didn’t push anything unnecessary and honestly explained that replacement was not necessary at this time.

My air conditioner has been running non stop but my place still feels warm. The fan works but there is almost no cooling. Does this mean the whole system needs to be replaced or could it be something simple like airflow issues or low refrigerant? Has anyone found a good HVAC company in Seattle that actually diagnoses the real problem instead of just pushing a replacement?

I never really thought about how daily habits affect heating and cooling until I noticed my system running longer and struggling to keep up. Turns out, small things like leaving doors open or constantly adjusting the thermostat really add up. I live in the University District and finally called https://productairheating.com/seattle/ to take a look. They checked everything, found some airflow issues, and gave me tips on how to use my system better. Now my place stays comfortable without the system working overtime. If you are in the University District and feel like your HVAC is fighting a losing battle, these guys can help.
