Hi, I’m doing fine, thank you. I study and work too, and sometimes academic stress can really put a strain on you. I can suggest a few ways that help me: try to make time to relax, play sports or just go for a walk in the fresh air. It helps to switch off and take your mind off your academic worries a bit.
