How are you doing today?

I’m doing great. I’m off from work as of right now and I’m studying for the IELTS.

What do you do to relax?

I usually listen to music on my iPod for 2 to 3 hours, and I eat my favorite snack a croissant, for me this is soul food.

PART 1

Let’s talk about drawing.

How often do you draw pictures? (always, usually, often, sometimes, rarely, seldom, never — once, twice, an hour, two hours, 30 minutes)

I occasionally draw pictures or images usually over the weekends, maybe for an hour or so each day, to unwind. Last weekend I drew a portrait of the famous personality Shadu Khan.

What kinds of pictures do you like drawing? (Why?)

Because I don’t like to draw a lot. I usually draw with my little niece, I do little doodles, something primitive. ..animals, stickmen, houses, fruits, something primitive, nothing too much.

I usually draw pictures of animals, houses, and fruits. These are very primitive drawings because I do not like to draw a lot. I only doodle when I’m with my nieces, as I did last evening.

How can you improve your drawing skills?

I usually make a lot of progress by watching YT tutorials, and I also buy books about art fundamentals and color theories, but more importantly, I practice frequently. Like yesterday, I made some sketches of my favorite band.

What are situations when drawing pictures can help you communicate?

So there are many situations and feelings that drawings can communicate. A person can express emotions like love and sadness strongly through drawing pictures. Like my daughter, she draws her pains when she feels downs. Last week she drew an image of a rainy day.

Do you use technology to help you draw or create pictures? If yes, why?

I usually don’t use technology like Doodle or any other online platforms I usually prefer to use pencils and crayons to draw.

If you could draw one amazing picture, what would it be? (Why?)

Ah yes, so I usually like flowers like roses or hibiscus to paint, …so definitely…it could be…
