I’m not doing a big productivity overhaul myself right now, but I’ve seen a lot of people overwhelmed by having too many apps for simple tasks. Sometimes watching others simplify their routines gives good insight into what actually matters. It’s interesting how different people decide which tools stay and which ones get abandoned.
