    IN task One, should I exactly write 150 words or what?

    You could write more than 150 words or more.Its thier simple rule.They could penalize you if you write lesser than that.

    Good response jefoy, you are correct. You should definitely write more than 150 words. We recommend writing at least 160. Never write less than 150, because as you say, you will likely be penalized.
