From what I’ve seen, an easy appointment schedule and quick access to patient records are probably the most important features. My aunt visited a mobile clinic a few months ago, and the nurse was able to pull up her information almost instantly. That meant they could spend more time talking about her health instead of filling in forms again. I also think automatic reminders are useful because people can easily forget appointments, especially if the clinic only visits their area once in a while. Even small features like clear notes and simple navigation can make a big difference for both patients and healthcare workers.
