The way people talk about lawyers always seems to reflect a mix of hope and anxiety, doesn’t it? On one hand, they’re seeking expertise and protection, but there’s also an underlying worry about costs, potential conflicts, and the overall complexity of the legal system. It’s a relationship built on trust, but starting from a position of vulnerability. I think that’s why finding a “good fit” is so emphasized; people are really looking for someone to guide them through an uncertain and potentially difficult situation.
