My online habits have settled into a pretty predictable rhythm these days. I keep a rotating list of five or six reliable channels or sites (mostly YouTube for documentaries, a couple music discovery playlists, and a forum for niche hobbies) and cycle through them depending on mood. If I’m feeling adventurous I’ll add one new thing a month—maybe a podcast on a topic I’ve never touched or a subreddit I stumbled across. Keeps life interesting without overwhelming me. Lately I’ve been enjoying short cooking technique videos before bed; they’re calming, visual, and I usually fall asleep thinking about trying a new recipe instead of stressing over tomorrow’s to-do list. Small changes, big difference in how refreshed I feel.
