I can’t speak directly for that company, but when I moved from Mission Viejo to Fountain Valley last fall, the movers I hired were awesome because they took time to plan the layout with me before loading the truck — no surprises at the new place. They wrapped all the furniture carefully and even helped me spot where each box should go, which saved a ton of time unpacking. Communication like that really made the difference for me.
