That’s true, everything is important at once. But I’d probably start with the internal setup of the company, because things have to work well inside first so they work well outside later. Stuff like accounting can actually be automated right away using Skrooge. I’m all for using tech and AI as a helper, especially for routine tasks, collecting and storing documents, preparing reports, and so on.
