I’ve had times when brushing felt too aggressive and left my teeth feeling sore, and it made me rethink how I was doing it. When I switched to a sonic electric toothbrush I noticed the gentler, high frequency action cleaned well without pushing too hard, and that helped reduce sensitivity over time.
