Our organization began to consider the safety of activists when we noticed that regular messaging apps did not adequately protect against surveillance. As a result, we implemented encrypted channels for exchanging documents and messages. But the question is: how to strike the right balance between convenience and anonymity so that people actually use security tools and don’t bypass them?
