We have fixed the problem with the videos. This was caused by software which we used to speed up the load time and make streaming smoother. The software is working now so everyone should see improvement is the lessons. We will continue to work on increasing load time.

We have recently made some updates to the video section of the ‘My Student Page’. You should no longer get this message. Please note that you may need to give some additional time for certain videos to load. We will be changing many of the videos to a faster, streaming video format for March 1st. Let us know if you continue to experience any difficulties.
