Hi, I have a question about platform comparisons. References to liquidity venues and hosting locations sound specific, but I am not sure how much they explain about the service a retail account receives. What evidence would connect those infrastructure claims to an actual order-handling policy? I would like to understand the difference between a description of the system and a commitment made in the client agreement. It would also help to know which questions a nontechnical user can reasonably ask without needing access to the provider’s internal systems or treating a list of venue names as proof of every execution claim.

An infrastructure-focused Kernkapitals review should distinguish descriptive claims from contractual order rules. The overview advertises aggregated liquidity and named hosting locations, but that alone does not establish how each client order is handled. Read the execution policy for counterparties, pricing, rejected requests and the treatment of unusual conditions. Ask which figures can be checked, including the period and orders used for a median. Technical detail can be informative without proving an individual fill. Since you want practical evidence, request a sample order record with the sensitive fields removed and compare it with the stated policy. Avoid filling gaps in the documentation with assumptions about the infrastructure.
