I’m getting ready for my IELTS exam and trying to make sure everything goes smoothly on the day. Apart from bringing the correct ID and arriving early, I’m wondering how much attention I should pay to personal accessories.

For example, if someone usually wears a simple piece of jewelry, such as an Amethyst Bracelet, should they leave it at home on exam day to avoid any issues with test-centre rules?

I know the main priority is to follow the test supervisor’s instructions, but I’d rather check these small details in advance than have any unnecessary distractions on the day.

For those who have already taken IELTS, did you have to remove any jewelry or other personal accessories before entering the exam room? Any advice would be appreciated!
