They asked for photos of the sign, the mounting surface and the storefront, then planned the install, including whether we needed a lift. The install was done in a morning. Keep in mind that installation is local to the Carolinas, so check they cover your exact location, Rock Hill should be fine. Also check whether your city requires a sign permit before installing.
