I ordered an expensive modular veneer wall and am very worried about the integrity of the facades during installation.
If the installer accidentally scratches the finish or chips a corner during installation, who will ultimately be responsible for the damage? The service that sent the installer, or will I have to seek compensation directly from the installer?
