I agree that mobile-first optimisation has become one of the most important factors for affiliate success. More traffic is coming from smartphones every year, and programs that provide fast-loading landing pages and localised creatives usually perform much better.
From my experience, transparency is just as important as commission rates. A program can advertise attractive CPA or revenue share deals, but without reliable tracking and on-time payments, it’s difficult to scale campaigns confidently.
I also think diversification matters. Relying on a single traffic source or one affiliate offer can be risky. Testing different GEOs, creatives, and traffic channels often provides more stable long-term results than focusing all efforts on one campaign.
