For neurodivergent users who hate spiritual fluff, Liven stays surprisingly clinical. There are no forced gratitudes, no affirmations, no visualizations of peaceful beaches. What you get instead is straight Cognitive Behavioral Therapy logic chains. One exercise asks for the exact thought before a behavior, identifies the distortion, then rewrites it. No hug yourself and smile anywhere. The interface can be distracting though. Animations and emojis exist but there is no dedicated plain mode. However many users just ignore the visuals and focus on the text. Before installing, reading through Liven reviews from other neurodivergent people helped confirm that the clinical core stays clean. The fluff is optional and skippable. Worth a try.
