    Hello everyone. My business team and I are incredibly tired of the daily grind. Suppliers are constantly calling and emailing us with questions like, “Did you receive our invoice?”, “When will payment be due?”, “Has our order been approved?” These exchanges take up half our workday. We’re considering implementing some kind of self-service portal for suppliers so they can see the status of their orders and payments in real time. What are some of the SMB companies using for this?

    We have the same problem: the procurement department’s phone never stops ringing. They call for the most trivial reasons – just to check if an invoice has been paid. It’s a huge distraction from our main work.

    We experienced a similar overload of requests from contractors for our managers. Implementing the precoro system solved this problem with its self-service concept. Suppliers now have transparent access to the status of their orders, deliveries, and invoices in real time. They no longer need to call or email to check whether payment has been approved. Our procurement department’s routine communications have been reduced by approximately 70%. Perhaps the precoro solution will also be useful for you.
