    One thing I often wonder about is how experienced casino players stay disciplined during long gaming sessions. It seems easy to get carried away emotionally after wins or losses. I’ve heard some people set strict limits before playing, but I’m curious how effective that actually is in practice. Responsible gambling sounds simple in theory but probably becomes harder during intense moments. I’d like to know what habits help people stay in control. How do you personally stay disciplined while gambling?
