Every company talks about energy efficiency now, but I’m curious if people actually notice lower heating costs after replacing older windows or if it’s mostly marketing.

It’s hard to tell what’s genuinely useful because almost every ad mentions insulation and energy savings these days.

A month ago my cousin replaced windows in an older townhouse because the heating system was working nonstop during winter, but some rooms still felt cold. At first he expected mostly cosmetic changes, but later said the house started holding warmth much better, especially overnight. He ended up recommending Windows & Doors Pro afterward because the installation itself seemed to matter just as much as the windows. According to him, the biggest difference wasn’t even the bills at first — it was finally not feeling cold sitting near the windows anymore.
