Some platforms show how the majority of bettors are placing their money. I am not sure if this information is useful or just noise. Do you consider public betting trends when making decisions? Can going against the majority actually give an advantage? How reliable do you think this data is?

In my experience, following the crowd is a trap because bookies price favorites based on public hype rather than actual probability. I usually treat those trend percentages as noise. If everyone is betting on the same outcome, the value disappears instantly. I prefer looking for contrarian plays where the odds are more realistic. Before any big 1xbet game, I check if the line has moved too far just because of casual fans. My tip is to trust your own database of stats instead of following the herd.
