    Hey, guys! I’m 37, constantly tired, can’t seem to get enough sleep, and I only have enough energy to last until lunchtime—by evening, I don’t have the strength for a workout or even a walk. I’m looking for something safe to boost my overall energy, improve my sleep, and trim my love handles a bit without a drastic calorie deficit. Does anyone have experience with peptides for this?

    I was in a similar situation a couple of years ago—after 35, the body doesn’t perform like it used to, recovery slows down, and stress at work just wears you down. I tried a course of ipamorelin peptide — I got it right here redmondpharm. I injected 200–300 mcg at night, 5 days a week. After 6–7 weeks, I noticed I was waking up refreshed without an alarm, my sleep became deeper, and I felt light in the morning instead of like a “tractor had run me over.” I started handling workouts much better, and the belly fat gradually disappeared even without a strict diet.
