    Good afternoon, everyone! I’ve been working out for seven years, but my shoulders are lagging terribly – my delts are flat, with almost no roundness, no matter how much I bomb them. I’m constantly injured, either my rotator cuff or my ligaments. I want a powerful cycle specifically for my shoulders and trapezius muscles so that I can finally “break through” at the top. Has anyone tried a pro stack for the upper body? Please share your experience.
