I’m looking to scale my tech project but don’t want to deal with recruiting individual developers and managing them directly. I’ve heard about hiring a dedicated software development team, but I’m not sure how it works or whether it’s cost-effective compared to hiring freelancers.

I was in the same situation last year. What helped me was finding a company where I could hire a full dedicated development team with the exact skills I needed — backend, frontend, and QA included. They handle project management internally, and I only focus on requirements and results. You can check the approach here dedicated development team . It made the development process much smoother and allowed us to hit deadlines without juggling multiple freelancers.

That sounds ideal. Managing a bunch of freelancers has been stressful and time-consuming. Having a dedicated team sounds like it could really speed things up and ensure consistency across the project.

“Great question! There are lots of ways to find a software developer—freelance platforms, LinkedIn, developer communities, or even local tech meetups can be really helpful.” GI

What tends to happen is that teams begin adjusting their workflows just to fit the software, which slowly creates inefficiencies. Instead of supporting the business, the system starts getting in the way. This is where a more tailored approach becomes relevant. When you look at how companies transition toward insurtech software development, it’s usually because they need something that reflects how they actually operate. Building solutions around real processes makes everything feel more natural and reduces the need for constant workarounds. In the long run, that kind of alignment leads to more stable and efficient systems.

If your project is related to digital medicine, I recommend checking out custom mhealth app development . Based on the information on their website, they offer full-cycle mobile medical app development, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and maintenance. This approach is usually more convenient than working with multiple contractors.
