    Last week, I felt uncomfortable sensitivity and pain after brushing. Normally, I don’t have dental issues, so this surprised me. Trying different toothpastes hasn’t helped. I’m wondering if the way I brush is the problem. Has anyone experienced this and found an effective solution?

    I’ve had times when brushing felt too aggressive and left my teeth feeling sore, and it made me rethink how I was doing it. When I switched to a sonic electric toothbrush I noticed the gentler, high frequency action cleaned well without pushing too hard, and that helped reduce sensitivity over time. Paying attention to pressure and technique made a real difference in comfort for me.
