    I had a conflict with one persone on a forum. We were constantly fighting and both of us would get temporarily banned from time to time because of it. But the forum admin decided to give up on the forum and handed over admin rights to this very person. The first thing he did was IP ban me. But I want to keep participating there, ’cause I have a lot of friends on that forum. How can I get around the IP ban and create a new account?

    In your place, I’d rally my friends and switch to a different forumÑŽ. Let the new admin sit there alone. But seriously, what’s stopping you from using a VPN? Just download one and turn it on whenever you visit the forum.

    Forum friends might be friends with the admin too. Nobody may want to get involved in a personal conflict between two people. You can make another account, but I think the new admin will figure you out sooner or later and block you. You should somehow sort things out with him, and then communicate normally. For now you can access the forum through free web proxy site online https://gologin.com/free-web-proxy/ . It will let you avoid downloading or installing anything. You just use this link in your browser, it already has a built-in proxy that substitutes your IP.
