I agree, but I don’t really know, are puzzles a game? A brain teaser? Just an activity? Anyway, something repetitive that you do with your hands helps you relax best, even if you only have like 15-20 minutes. Luckily, puzzles can be done online. I actually found jigsaw puzzles online. I used to spend a ton of money on puzzles. I put them together fast and then buy new ones. Now everything is on my phone.
