Nothing for Task 1

Hi !

i got the IELTS on 30th of April.

In writing part, i did not write anything in taks 1 in ielts. not complete it. nothing. but i wrote task 2 and i think i can get 6 (or 6.5)

so what this situation leads.. like if we calculate on band 6 for task 2 and so writing score?

Hi Klipteks, Task 1 is wroth about 30% of the grade and Task 2 is worth the remaining 70%. So if you got 6 on Task 2 and did not do Task 1 your approximate score will be band 4.
