How can I download Curriculum Book and Student Workbook

Hi AE Admin,
May I know how can I download Curriculum Book and Student Workbook that I have downloaded in PDF format ?
I have just buy the full course of AE IELTS but I don’t get the password to open the book from email.
I just being given the membership password of AE IELTS and it cannot be used to open the Curriculum Book.
Can you help me to open the pdf please ?
